Evelyn and Rodney Suesberry know all about the value of teamwork. As proof, consider this: In 1997, faced with raising five children, the couple needed to generate more income. So both decided to enroll in the University and get their degrees. Evelyn attended night classes; Rodney attended on the weekends, so someone was always home for the kids. And the strategy paid off. In May, the couple walked through commencement exercises together, diplomas in hand. Evelyn, 40, plans to pursue her M.Ed. in special education while Rodney, 37, continues as a project manager with an online publishing company.
