Feeding the Masses

As part of the growing conglomerate of student-run businesses at Xavier, junior business major Sarah Green opened Muskie Market, an online grocery delivery service. Students pick from about 200 products, and Green and another student, Craig Campbell, drive to a local Kroger and fill the orders, delivering them within a few hours. “Students who don’t have cars can’t make those midnight runs for milk for their cereal, so they really like the idea,” says Green. The groceries come with a $5 delivery fee, all of which are handled through a PayPal account on the business’ web site,
