“All of the messages dealt with September 11 but can be applied to personal tragedy,” says Agee, who also served as an adjunct professor at the University for five years. Agee broke the messages down into 37 insights, such as forgiveness, anger, prayer, just war, mourning, bitterness, revenge and retaliation.
The Sunday After: Living With Tragedy This Side of America’s Worst Day was released in August and is available in Cincinnati-area bookstores, the University bookstore, at www.thesundayafter.com and in nondenominational Church of God churches nationally.
